Archdiocese of Kumasi

Our diocese is situated in the middle part of Ghana. We serve a population of close to 2.5 million people, both in rural and urban communities. Our ministry is primarily in evangelization by empowering young people to be able to hold on to their faith due to the challenges with Pentecostalism. We provide numerous services to our rural communities. Due to illegal mining for Gold, most of our river bodies are destroyed. The Mission Appeals donation help to provide Boreholes and Wells in most rural communities.

There is also a challenge with rural-urban migration. Some of the Mission Appeals funds support our Street Children Project.
